Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure the products are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original American Express card or payment method within 5-7 business days.
